This page explains what information we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

What we collect

Callback form. If you submit the callback form, we collect the name, phone number, preferred contact method, preferred language, topic, and any message you provide. This is used only to contact you back. Submissions are retained for up to twelve months, then deleted.

Analytics. We use privacy-friendly analytics (GoatCounter, when enabled) that does not set cookies and does not track individuals across sites. Aggregated, anonymous traffic data only.

Cookies. We use minimal cookies: a session cookie used by the language switcher (dispensary-locale) and short-lived cookies that remember when you dismiss a site banner. No tracking cookies. No third-party advertising cookies.

Third parties

Form submissions are delivered to our staff via Resend (email) and optionally WhatsApp Business. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which logs basic request information (IP, user agent) for abuse prevention. None of these providers use your data for advertising or sell it.

Your rights

You can ask us to delete, correct, or send you a copy of any information we hold about you. Contact us at the clinic email, or in person at the clinic.

Children

This site is for general health information. The callback form is intended for adults. A parent or guardian should make contact on behalf of a child.
